Atkvaedi simple voting
Atkvæði is intended to be used in quick and simple questions that need a Yes/No/Don't care answer. Don't expect a wonderful Helios Voting clone ;) It has simple countermeasures against double voting and TOR/proxy voting.
There are some TODOs and many room for improvement. Just keep hacking and sharing code :)
