Shell is a project mainly written in Ruby, it's free.
This is a bare bones 'shell' Rails 2.3.x application. Set up for Authlogic and Haml. Designed for Heroku.
This is my skeleton Rails app that should (hopefully) make it easier to build out apps quickly.
Currently includes:
