htminilims is a standalone web frontend for browsing MiniLIMS repositories, as created by the Bein workflow manager.
htminilims is released under the GNU General Public License 3.0. A copy of this license is in the LICENSE file.
You will need to have Python >= 2.5 installed on your system. htminilims also requires CherryPy >= 3.1, bein >= 1.05, and Mako.
To install htminilims, in the htminilims directory, run
$ python setup.py build $ sudo python setup.py install
