This is a Perl CGI script to calculate the time and date of a user's billionth birthsecond.
To install, assuming a fairly standard Debian/Ubuntu Apache setup:
Copy the index.html to /var/www/birthsecond/index.html
Copy the birthsecond.cgi and templates directory to /usr/lib/cgi-bin/
