Cypher: Morpheus Scheduler GUI

Cypher is a visual scheduler for Morpheus which will include the following functionality

Veiw current scheduled task
Update current scheduled task
Destroy current scheduled task
Add a task to be scheduled
including an option to run the task one now, then adhear to the scheduled time there after
Ability to run a scheduled task once now with a "run now" button
