To Build you must have NSIS installed
Additional Plug-Ins to install in the plugin directory: NSIS7z - http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Nsis7z_plug-in
The plugin install process is easy... Just copy the dll from the zip file into your plug-ins directory in your NSIS installation.
