Ci-sparks-installer is a project mainly written in PHP, it's free.
An install script written in PHP (CLI) to easily start a new project with the latest version of codeigniter and sparks.
You need to change the shebang (#!) to your php bin if you're not using MAMP.
Initialize by: ./build project_folder
