Checkout the repository and zip it up. Or download the zip from Github. Then upload the zip file into Cascade with the Zip Archive tool (Tools -> Zip Archive). On the JavaScript files, be sure to check "Rewrite links in file" (Edit -> System) to get the searches to work inside of Cascade.
