Clustergram is a project mainly written in C++ and C, it's free.
1) Downlaod samtools and place under this folder http://samtools.sourceforge.net/ 2) build samtools. cd samtools make cd .. 3) build clustergram bash make.sh
**Simple one step setup*** To use samtools samtools-0.1.12a date 01/27/2011, just do
bash make.sh -d
which automatically download samtools-0.1.12a and continue the compilation
