h1. Modified empty Codeigniter install

Based on regular Codeigniter 2.0 setup; commit 2129 https://bitbucket.org/ellislab/codeigniter/changeset/c91f50b04b13

Most important custom specs:

• Index.php has been removed and .htaccess added.
• All folder are outside webroot.
• Environment variable is dynamically set in C_ENVIRONMENT.
• Error reporting, database en base url are dynamically set based on C_ENVIRONMENT.
• A new log type is available: 'notice' (threshold 2). We use this for non-error messages that we need to show up in logs on production environment.
• Default language is Dutch.
• MY_Controller and MY_Model are available in folder application/core.
• Simpletest has been integrated (https://github.com/ericbarnes/codeigniter-simpletest).
• A general helper is available with some handy functions.
• A handy Image library is available in application/libraries, if you wish to use it.
• A handy MY_Pagination library is available in application/libraries, if you wish to use it.
• A handy Autoform library is available in application/libraries, if you wish to use it.
