The 'Lilypad' project is an attempt to make a lightweight reusable MVC framework for launching web applications. In addition to the MVC component Lilypad also attempts to address building an extensible library of common code shared across web applications.

• Create basic application framework
• Create basic Controller / Dispatcher
• Create routes for controller / dispatcher
