CrashCollector

CrashCollector is a project mainly written in Java, based on the LGPL-3.0 license.

CrashCollector AppEngine website

Crash Collector is a Google AppEngine website used for collecting crash reports.

To submit crash reports to the Crash Collector website, a library must be integrated into your application. See http://github.com/pvginkel/CrashReporter.NET for a .NET implementation of a crash reporter library.

To set up Crash Collector, you must first create a Google AppEngine website. This can be done at http://www.appspot.com/. The Crash Collector project is an Eclipse project which works best with the Google AppEngine plugin which can be found at http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/java/tools/eclipse.html.

Before you upload the Crash Collector website, be sure to correct the application name. This is set in war/WEB-INF/appengine-web.xml. This file also contains other configuration parameters like for example an URL used to link issues to.

See war/WEB-INF/appengine-web.xml.default for a default configuration.
