CustomCsvExporter is a project mainly written in C#, it's free.
This custom exporter is used with single page exports. This will write the index data for each file that is exported instead of each document.
To install place the CustomCsvExporter.dll in the %Intallation Folder%KofaxKofax ExpressinExporters
