Dax-Scrub is a project mainly written in PHP and JAVASCRIPT, it's free.
HTML tag scrubber with lots of good options.
Just getting this project started at the moment. More to come soon.
For now, The docs are in the top of the JS and the PHP. Try to figure it out until I get things more official.
