USAGE!!!

base.rb --help This will list the available commands.

base.rb COMMAND --help This will list the available options for his COMMAND.

Basic usage is: base.rb COMMAND OPTIONS

You can pass OPTIONS on command line or just put then in a setting.yml file in the same folder where you are running the command and pass a option -f and theoptions will be taken from that file.

The options your pass from the command line will have priority than the one specified in the setting.yml file
