Find_space is a project mainly written in Python, it's free.
Find the most appropriate space between a bunch of windows on the screen.
Hey
find_best.py accepts locations and sizes on stdin, and prints an x and a y coordinate on stdout. It takes 4 arguments - the width and height of the screen, and the width and height of the window.
If no spaces big enough are found, it returns exit code one, like it should :)
Appologies for the lack of comments, it's late.
Also, appologies about geo.py - it was writtten for my a-level coursework and is big, slow and ugly. it could easily be replaced by something much smaller for this. It does, however do some pretty awesome things.
Enjoy :)
