Download and install the gem
sudo rake install
Add it to the dependencies.rb file
dependency "gafl"
In the controllers (app/controllers/exception.rb)
def unauthenticated @openid_url = Merb::Authentication::Strategies::GOpenID.gafl_url render end
In the views (app/views/exceptions/unauthenticated.html.haml)
