Geomanager is a project mainly written in PHP, based on the View license.
Dependent on Geolocator. Handles tasks common for webmasters regarding geolocation (other than raw output, which is easily handled by the Geolocator project).
A simple geocontent/georedirect system. Create geotargeted URLs and geotargeted content (or other geotargeted events by extending Geomanager). Main class Geomanager, worker classes Geocontent and Georedirector.
