INSTALLATION It is recommended this module is run using Strawberry Perl, available from:

    http://strawberryperl.com/

A version of Net::Pcap for Windows is available at
http://www.bribes.org/perl/wnetpcap.html.  It can be installed on the
command line with the command:

    ppm install http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Net-Pcap.ppd

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install

Alternatively, have the CPAN client install it:

    cpan .

Additionally, this module needs WinPcap and Microsoft's ipseccmd.exe
utility.
