Webservice-InterMine-Bio

This package provides a set of Roles to extend the functionality of InterMine webservice queries (see L. Specifically, it provides access to biologically specific webservices, which can provide results in GFF3 and FASTA formats, as well as providing convenience methods for accessing BioPerl functionality directly from a query.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the perldoc command.
