Iphyle is a project mainly written in PHP, it's free.
iPhyle -- a simple drop-in-place script to enable an iphone-esque table view into a web directory. Its a great way to add directory listing to a public folder and make that listing easy to use on an iPhone.

Usage just drop this php file into the root folder that you want to enable directory listing on. Browse to that folder in Mobile Safari and you will see a list of your files and folders in the same look and feel as a native table-listing.
