Purpose

RapidSMS project, as will be deployed in West Bengal to collect arsenic water-testing data for the Lumin Sensors project. See dev.luminsensors.com for an installation. Lumin is a team based out of the Integrated Product Design (IPD) program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Setup

Create a .gvoice file in the project directory. See documentation in backends/google_voice.py.
