Maegios is a Nagios client for Maemo 5 written in python

Receive Nagios alerts on your Maemo device. Monitor status of hosts and services in your Nagios instance. Desktop widget and vibration, sound, light, text alerts are included.

Installation

Maegios can be installed from extras-devel repository: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel.

Build Instructions:

Install Maemo 5 SDK

run-standalone.sh python2.5 build_maegios.py cd .py2deb_buildfolder/maegios dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot mkdir -p ~/releases/maegios/ cp ../maegiosall.deb ~/releases/maegios/ cd ~/releases/maegios/ maemo-optify-deb maegios_all.deb
