Mass notifier plugin for Elgg

== REQUIREMENTS ==

• Required version of Elgg is 1.7.6 (http://elgg.org/download.php)
• Plugin catalog name should be: massnotifier

== INSTALLATION ==

• Place into mod/ catalog of Elgg instance (/mod/).
• Enable plugin.

== DESCRIPTION == Current version 0.1 of the plugin will send a message to all Elgg users regardless of their notification preferences.

== NOTES ==

• Please note that translation files are full of comments regarding placement of translation in the plugin. In addition to that any translation line (elgg_echo() method) has a /translation:DOMAIN:IDENTIFIER/ before it. This is because of an automatic translations_picker script is being used for that purpose.
