Mingw-portableXDR is a project mainly written in SHELL and C, based on the GPL-2.0, LGPL-2.1 licenses found.
My adaptation of the package portableXDR to make it compatible with XDR Sun standards, therefore XDS xdr binary serialization.
Please note that this library is being rewritten to remove all traces of Sun code, since the license may be tainted. Release 5.0 will be the first one which has all Sun code removed.
