Bioconductor annotation packages for microRNAs (mirbase, targetscan)

Source code for generating Bioconductor annotation packages:

mirbase.db - an implementation of the miRBase database.
targetscan.Hs.eg.db, targetscan.Mm.eg.db an implementation of the human and mouse TargetScan databases respectively.

If you only want to use the resources then please install them from Bioconductor.
