MMessanger-Server is a project mainly written in C++ and C, it's free.
INSTALL:
a - use deb package Instal package: sudo dpkg -i [path to deb package]
b - create deb package
1 Download tar.gz file with this site
2 Extract this archive to needed directory
3 Go to this directory
4 Create deb package dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot The package will be created in ../[this directory]
4 Instal package sudo dpkg -i [path to deb package]
