Mule-module-saaj is a project mainly written in Java, based on the Apache-2.0 license.

The SAAJ module provides functionality for working directly with SOAP messages and their payloads. This allows you to send and receive SOAP messages over arbitrary transports, like JMS or HTTP, without having to employ a WSDL or generated stubs.
