GIT repository setup -- here is what I did

Make sure that git is installed cd ~/forge/personal/code/ mkdir repo_git cd repo_git git init git clone git://github.com/bard/mozrepl.git mozrepl git clone [email protected]:nsivraj/mymashup.git git clone git://github.com/Martii/greasemonkey.git greasemonkey cd mozrepl git pull cd ../mymashup git pull cd ../greasemonkey git pull

Writing to remote GIT repository on www.github.com -- here is what I did

cd ~/forge/personal/code/repo_git/mymashup vi README git commit -a git push

In subsequent writes to www.github.com I did the following

git add -A git commit -a git push

To Create the mozrepl.xpi -- here is what I did

cd ~/forge/personal/code/repo_git/mymashup/src/main/bin ./create.mozrepl.xpi.sh

To Install and Configure the mozrepl.xpi -- here is what I did

In Firefox open the file mozrepl.xpi and then restart Firefox. When Firefox has restarted then access the about:config URL Search (Ctrl-s) for mozrepl Double-click on extensions.mozrepl.initUrl Enter the value /home/nsivraj/forge/personal/code/repo_git/mymashup/src/main/js/mymashup.js

other steps here in order to get mymashup working....
