NotCMS (Nice Or Terrible CMS) Si basa su un db xml, che contiene le varie "sezioni " del sito, esse possono essere di tipo "pages", ovvero una sezione contenente dei post pubblicati dall'admin, che possono essere commentati; o di tipo "guest" ovvero sezioni che implementano un guestbook. L'amministratore può pubblicare pagine, eliminarle, modificarle. Inserire link utili o eliminarli, inserire news o eliminarle, inoltre può cambiare tema css (anche se per ora ce n'è solo uno) footer e titolo del sito, inoltre è possibile cambiare db xml semplicemente cambiandolo dal pannello di amministrazione. Si possono anche aggiungere o togliere sezioni. Commenti e inserimento pagine implementano il bbcode. Inoltre esso comprende anche geshi, per il tag "code". Per installarlo basta cliccare sul file NotInstall.php e seguire la procedura d'installazione.
