OCMS is a project mainly written in PHP, based on the View license.

This was an attempt of allowing for controllers to be created from a txt file rather than PHP code. I almost did it but there was some unexpected behaviour which I couldn't figure out. Eventually I lost interest so feel free to do whatever.
