• Token module for drupal

** Description

Token module provides a clean, safe and low maintenance way of using Drupal attributes, like post date, post autor, node id, etc, in your site.

Instead of enabling something like the [[http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/php][PHP filter]] and mingling text and code you do it by using only text where there are strings enclosed in square brackets that represent particular attributes of your Drupal site. For example =[node:nid]= might represent the node ID. Thus instead of doing =$node->nid= after enabling the PHP filter you just insert the =[node:nid]= string and you're done.

This version is a patched version of the module against the dev-version that provides additional date related tokens for nodes and comments.

Because I think that theses strings are quite useful and should, IMHO, be made part of the official release.
