Ruby-lvm-ssh is a project mainly written in Ruby, it's free.

This is a wrapper for the LVM2 administration utility, lvm. Its primary function it to convert physical volumes, logical volumes and volume groups into easy to use ruby objects. It also provides a simple wrapper for typical create/delete/etc operatio

== DESCRIPTION:

This is a force from the orgin project ruby-lvm and ruby-lvm-attributes by Matthew Kent http://ruby-lvm.rubyforge.org. The diffrents the the orgin progject are, that the lvm commands can be made over ssh with sudo and wrappers for create/delete/etc oprationes.

The primary function to convert Linux LVM2 physical volumes, logical volumes and volume groups into easy to use ruby objects are still into this project.
