Run me is a Snarl style which can execute local apps and/or fire HTTP requests
This a Snarl (http://www.fullphat.net/) style which will execute programs on your computer and/or accesess remote system using HTTP(s).
It is a C# / .NET 3.5 project and the installer is done using NSIS.
