Simple-simplegeo is a project mainly written in Python, it's free.
In the vein of my simple-twitter client. here is a simple client for simplegeo.
Here is the basic gist of the client.
It is simple. I borrowed the record class from the official client. it made the geojson way easier. i still hate geojson. but detour1999 is right.
