A very simple search proof of concept demo for Rails.
Just run: $ rake db:migrate $ rake db:reset $ rails s
And navigate to http://localhost:3000/searches
There are 2 rates, one of the from Jan 1st to Mar 1st and the second one from Feb 1st to Apr 1st
