== Installation ==

1. Upload the social-me folder and all of it's contents to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

If there is already an extension (not plugin) coded to the "Social Me" standards, drop it in the extensions folder and activate it in the extension manager.
