Run:

ruby run [name of example] [--repeat R] [--times N]

--repeat repeats each benchmark R times --times runs the examples N times inside of the benchmark

To run all benchmarks:

ruby run

To run the create benchmark 3 times:

ruby run create --repeat 3

To benchmark running the create example 3 times:

ruby run create --times 3

For multi-core benchmarks, run:

ruby run 'multi*' --input [size in MB] --chunks [chunk size in lines]

Default input size is 3 MB. Default chunk size is 5,000 lines.

To reproduce EuRuKo 2011 results[1] run: (takes several minutes)

ruby run multi-slice --repeat 3 --input 160 --chunks 300000
