walletco

Walletco is a project mainly written in Python, it's free.

bitcoin wallet copier

walletco.py reads the keys (including hidden ones) of a wallet and import them into a new one (which must exist before launching walletco)

As Joric's Pywallet.py (https://github.com/joric/pywallet) doesn't accept --wallet, --label and --reserve options, you have to use my fork instead: https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet

Usage: walletco.py [options] All directories must be entered with their ending path separator

Example: ./walletco.py -p /home/johndoe/dev/bitcoin/pywallet/ -W wallet.ew1 -n /home/johndoe/truecrypt/ -N wallet.test will copy all the keys and labels of ~/.bitcoin/wallet.ew1 into /home/johndoe/truecrypt/wallet.test, using /home/johndoe/dev/bitcoin/pywallet/pywallet.py

Options: --version show program's version number and exit -h, --help show this help message and exit -p PWPATH, --pwpath=PWPATH pywallet.py directory (default = ./) -w WPATH, --wpath=WPATH old wallet.dat directory (default = bitcoin default) -W WFILENAME, --wfilename=WFILENAME old wallet.dat filename (default = wallet.dat) -n NWPATH, --nwpath=NWPATH new wallet.dat directory (default = bitcoin default) -N NWFILENAME, --nwfilename=NWFILENAME new wallet.dat filename (default = wallet.dat)
