Set up an account in your Google Apps organization. The personal calendar for this account will hold the workshop events.
Configure app_config.yml based on app_config.yml.sample file.
Create database.

Build a matrix for voting like Doodle has.
Use GData API to create an initial Google Sites page in the workshop account that will hold information about the workshop.
