Codes for photometric redshift estimation statistics based on nearest-neighbors algorithms

This repository contains three nearest-neighbor codes for estimation of photometric redshifts. Installation instructions for each code are in the file INSTALLATION in the corresponding directory.

Credits

The codes presented here were written by Carlos Cunha and Charles Stibitz. The Kd-tree code used in all programs was written by C. Stibitz based on Numerical Recipes 3rd edition, W. H. Press et al. 2007. The use of the Kd-tree for nearest neighbor searches and their subsequent application to photometric redshifts was developed by C. Cunha, M. Lima, H. Oyaizu, H. Lin and J. Frieman.
